Bearse Features - SNS Encryption

With the latest release of the following bearse features

We have added the ability to optionally set encryption on the SNS topics created the by the features. This added functionality enables encryption at rest, further allowing us to adhere to security compliance requirements. A customer KMS key is now created by the features which is then used to encrypt the topics, the appropriate AWS services are also granted access to use the key to decrypt/encrypt messages to send to SNS.
