Ciinabox2 0.6.4 Release

The latest Ci.In.A.Box.2 0.6.4 release has a couple of bug fixes worth noting since the 0.6.0 release.

• bug fix for internal loadbalancers where the dns record was being created in the parent zone instead of the ciinabox zone when ciinabox is creating the hosted zone
• renamed the jcasc bucket to support s3 urls in the us-east-1 region
  • NOTE: when updating to 0.6.3 the a new jcasc bucket will be created and jenkins will attempt to load the jcasc config for the new bucket. To push the jcasc code to the new bucket manually trigger the jcasc code pipeline and restart jenkins.
• add support for the new EC2 plugin way of setting the ssh private key credentials when launching a new ciinabox
