Account Health Bearse Feature Monitoring

The 0.4.4 release of the Account Health feature introduces a new lambda to the monitoring stack which provides the capability to monitor all lambda functions deployed by bearse features.

Bearse Feature Monitoring

The monitoring is aimed to ensure that all lambda functions deployed with bearse features are running as expected and any failures are detected and fixed.

This is achieved by monitoring the cloudwatch metrics for all bearse feature lambdas for any failures and publishing any failures to cloudwatch, if any lambda failures are detected the associated cloudwatch alarm will trip and send an alert for investigation.
